Stop Copying Data
Stop Missing Leads
Let Automation Handle It
We help service businesses, clinics, trades, and real estate teams automate bookings, follow-ups, and data flow — using the tools you already have
Automation
Effortless Workflows
Automation quietly runs your routine tasks in the background—confirmations, reminders, data entry, follow‑ups—so your team spends less time chasing details and more time serving customers and growing the business.
Integration
Seamless Integration
Integration is about getting your existing tools talking to each other, so information flows automatically instead of being copied and pasted between systems. That means fewer mistakes, less double entry, and a clearer picture of what is happening in your business.
Insights
Real-Time Analytics
Insights means turning the information already in your systems into clear, simple numbers and trends you can act on. Instead of guessing, you see what is working, what is slipping, and where to focus next.
Reclaim 5–10 Hours Per Week

Businesses that connect their systems and automate routine work consistently win back a surprising amount of time, with many small and mid‑sized teams saving roughly 5–10 hours per employee per week once repetitive tasks like data entry, confirmations, and follow‑ups are offloaded. Some studies suggest that more than half of a typical knowledge worker’s day can be taken up by manual, repeatable work that is highly automatable, which adds up to several weeks of productive time per person every year when improved.
When tools are integrated properly, data is entered once and then flows everywhere it is needed, often cutting manual data entry by well over 50% and significantly reducing copy‑paste errors and rework. This shift means less time wrestling with spreadsheets and systems, and more time spent on customers, billable work, and decisions that actually move the business forward.
My name is Manley, I'm a father of two and husband of one. I moved to Cochrane in the 1990's when I was a young kid and so it's what I consider my home. I went to school to become a digital compositor for film projects and worked on movies like Spider Man Home Coming, Thor Ragnarok and Black Panther.
Around 2012 I began my automation journey. I had daily tasks that were very repetitive which I did not like, so I took up scripting, python to be specific, and learned how to replace those tasks with code which saved me time. From that point I was hooked on the satisfaction of automating work.
After many more scripts, large projects and a few years later I changed my career and went into coding full time. I now specialize in automation and integration of applications and have been doing it for a number of years.

How it works

1. Quick Discovery Call
First, we hop on a short call to understand your business, how your day actually runs, and where things feel slow, manual, or frustrating. Together, we pick 1–2 high‑impact areas to focus on first (not your whole business at once).
2. Workflow Deep Dive
Next, we map out the current steps in plain language: who does what, in which tool, and where things tend to break or get delayed. This gives a clear picture of what to keep, what to simplify, and what can be automated or integrated without disrupting how you like to work.

3. Simple Plan
& Fixed Price
You get a short, no‑jargon plan outlining what will be built, which tools will be used, and what outcomes to expect (for example, fewer missed follow‑ups, less data entry, faster response times), along with a clear fixed price. You decide whether to move ahead.
4. Build, Connect, and Test
Behind the scenes, the workflows are built, your apps are connected, and everything is tested with real examples from your business. You get to review how it works before anything goes live, so there are no surprises for you or your team.

5. Launch, Tweak
& Support
Once things are running, we make small adjustments based on real‑world use—tightening timing, adding steps, or simplifying where needed. You are not left on your own; there is ongoing support so your automations and integrations keep working as your business changes.
